Mezayek Building Ltd. was created to bring innovative residential neighborhoods and communities to the East Texas area. Founded in 1992 by M. S. "Mike" Mezayek and son, Sam Mezayek, Mezayek Building Ltd. offers over 50 years of home building and residential developing experience.

Mezayek Building Ltd. is a long standing member of the National Association of Home Builders, the Texas Association of Builders, and the Tyler Area Builders Association. We are also members of the Better Business Bureau and the Tyler Chamber of Commerce.

As a member of the Tyler Area Builders Association, Mezayek Building Ltd. and the Mezayek family of companies has participated in over 28 Tyler Area Parade of Homes of over the last 40 years.
